If you are a practitioner in any MEMBER system and would like to be listed on this site as such, fill out the following form and click Submit. If you are a practitioner in a non-member system you can either encourage the founder or otherwise responsible party to apply for membership, or you can submit an application on their behalf. Please fill out the system/technique form FIRST!
